Terms of Service

These terms apply to the current ÆDRE public website, its releases, items, and notes, and the optional account accessed through Google sign-in.
Using ÆDRE
By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. Public pages can be viewed without an account. An account is currently used for sign-in and the Account page; it does not provide access to the site's publishing or administration tools.
Your account
Use a Google account that you are authorized to control, and protect access to it. You are responsible for activity through your ÆDRE session. Sign out when you no longer want that browser session to remain active. We may disable an ÆDRE account if it is used to abuse the service or threaten its security.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass its access controls, impersonate others, or use automated traffic in a way that disrupts the service. Do not use public material in a way that infringes someone else's rights.
Content and third-party services
ÆDRE and the applicable creators retain their rights in the site's text, design, images, releases, and other material. Viewing a public page does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond those expressly stated with a particular item. Linked material may have separate terms.
Google sign-in is provided by Google, whose own terms and privacy practices apply to your Google account. Our handling of information received through sign-in is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
ÆDRE may change, pause, or discontinue site features and public content. We aim to keep the site useful, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item is always current or available. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest published revision. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point forward.
